Individualized Coaching for Students and Adults with ADHD and Executive Functioning Challenges
ABOUT THE MIDDLE
As an adult and a parent, I know firsthand the highs and lows of living with a brain that never quite sits still. My late diagnosis of combined type ADHD gave me language for the quirks, struggles, and sparks that have shaped my personality—and my education in ADHD has transformed the way I parent, deepening my empathy and reshaping how I support others.
That’s why I created The Middle Coaching: to bridge the gap between potential and the challenges ADHD can create. Coaching isn’t about “fixing” people—it’s about helping individuals and families feel seen, understood, and equipped with strategies that work with their strengths instead of against them. I help my clients design practical, step-by-step tools that make executive functioning skills tangible, accessible, and sustainable; as well as providing accountability and support while we find what actually works for them.
Here, we celebrate the strengths ADHD brings while tackling the challenges head-on, with compassion and a little laughter along the way.
I would love to talk with you!

Tiara Brumberg, Owner and ACC Coach
A little bit about me

It is never too late to change the systems in your house to better meet everyone's needs, including your own!
I am married to an amazing man from South Florida, the mother of three awesome kiddos and the grandmother to four quirky dogs.
I became an ADHD coach after years spent as an Occupational Therapy Assitant working primarily with kids with ADHD, before becoming an ACC level coach certified by the International Coaching Federation with specialized training from JST Training in ADHD and Executive Functioning support.
During the process of learning more about ADHD, I discovered my own masking strategies that I have used throughout my life to compensate for challenges with school, relationships and work. Sometimes I did this effectively, sometimes, not so much!
My husband and I also discovered that a lot of the tension and behavioral challenges we were seeing at home were also, in large part, due to undiagnosed ADHD in our kids.
Our youngest child has had the benefit of growing up in a house where we now better understand how to cultivate executive functioning and regulation skills in childhood, and we have course-corrected to help our older children be more successful. This has been a process, but it is one that I wouldn't change for anything. It is never too late to change the systems in your house to better meet everyone's needs, including your own!
